The Feldenkrais Method, renowned for expanding  awareness, enhancing neuroplastic growth and developing greater efficiency and ease through gentle, attentive and carefully designed explorations of movement patterns, serves as the foundation for this workshop. We will delve into the exploration of subtle movements and sensations, fostering deeper more refined connections within our Self and with our relationship to gravity and to our environment.

Complementing the insights gained from the Feldenkrais Method, the workshop integrates the ancient wisdom of yoga to embody and apply these newfound principles in everyday life. Our yoga sessions will become the canvas upon which we will apply evolving awareness, incorporating the teachings of Feldenkrais into the practice of traditional yoga postures.
